Necklace: Prototype #1

have a lot of alligator scraps lying around from other projects and I didnt want to waste them. I really like the way it came out. When I first made this, the copper was a little loose on the leather but after a couple showers (I still have it on) it shrunk to fit.

I love the contrast of the copper against the weathered alligator. I need to find a better way of doing this though, my fingers are killing me.

Sweet thrift store find

I found this at a local thrift store for dirt cheap. It is very informative and has really helped me with some of the more advanced stitches, maybe one day I will use them....

A piece that I have been neglecting

This is something that started out as a french knot exercise and ended up more like an embroidery doodle...it still needs a lot of work and I am not sure what I am going to do with it, much like this blog, which is why I found it fitting for my first post. Any ideas ??? If you are out there.........
